Fitness is all about getting results and achieving goals. I remember following a fitness plan once. It was long time ago, but I still remember it as if it were yesterday. The first plan I chose was not suitable to my needs. This is why I came to the conclusion that the next plan I am going to choose should be more suitable to me. Not every fitness plan is for everybody. Some plans are better for some people, while other plans are more suitable to other people. The debate which is better p90x vs insanity proves this to be true. One thing I am sure of: exercising is healthy and those who exercise regularly have better lives.
