The question many people keep asking these days is why would somebody want to rent if he can afford to buy an apartment, house, or condo. I also believe than buying rather than renting is a better option. If I were to buy a condo, I would look at condos in puyallup. It seems like a neighborhood worth considering. Nobody can be happy while renting a condo for many years. If you rent a property, you will never be completely happy with it. It is not worth trying to invest in making some changes in it as the property does not belong to you in any way.
