I used to consider buying a dog at some point. I knew that different dogs had different personalities. I also read that only because a dog is small does not mean that he barks less and is less noisy. There is no rule that says anything like it. Some small dogs can be very noisy dogs. You might not read about it in PetCareRx Reviews, but you can know that this is true. Some big dogs never bark as they do not feel the need to do so. As I have said before, different dogs have different personalities.
