Everybody out there will tell you that eating raw fruit and vegetables is a healthy thing to do. As a matter of fact, I try to eat fresh fruit and vegetables every day to ensure that my body gets enough vitamins and minerals to function properly.

Not so long ago, I had a chance to read about the benefits of some of the best bitter raw apricot you can find. It turns out that the benefits of consuming it are many. I am going to keep my eye on the topic and find out more about it.
